Are you ready for YVR?

When you are packing, think about liquids. You are allowed to take small quanities of shampoo, deodorant, etcetera in your carry-on.100 ml is the limit. Sometimes airport security considers gels such as chapstick as liquids.

Keep all your liquids and gels in a small zip lock bag. When you go through security, take the bag out of your carry-on and put it in the tray.

When you go through the x-Ray in security, small amount of metals may trigger the alarm. I've had gum wrappers add to the culumaltive effect. Check your pockets for coins. Take off chains and rings.

  1. Thank you so very much for setting this up. I know it took a lot of time, effort and commitment from you both, as well as the responsibility of the whole trip your undertaking with the other teachers to travel Europe with Sean and his classmates.

I am looking forward to experiencing the trip through your blog, and don't worry, I won't be commenting -- you will have enough to do then take time to read my comments LOL.

Have a safe and blessed trip. Thanks again for this blog -- very appreciated.
